Test drives are available subject to:

4. Finance and Payment

5.1 Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. Vehicles must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

5.2 Right to Reject

You have the right to reject a vehicle within 30 days if it fails to meet the above criteria. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Warranties

6.1 Dealer Warranty

We provide warranties on applicable vehicles as displayed. Warranty terms and conditions are provided separately and form part of your purchase contract.

6.2 Extended Warranties

Extended warranty options may be available through third-party providers. These are subject to separate terms and conditions.

7. Part Exchange

We offer part exchange services subject to:

  • Vehicle inspection and valuation
  • Clear title and ownership
  • Settlement of any outstanding finance
  • Provision of all relevant documentation
